By accessing or using Loot Goblin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative systems
• Use automated tools to excessively scrape or overload the Site

Accounts

Certain features of the Site require an account, including cloud-synced favorites, the Affix Extractor, and Supporter subscription benefits.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication credentials associated with your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information when creating your account or purchasing a subscription
• Notifying the Site operator promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

The Site operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse subscription benefits, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

Accuracy of Information

The Site attempts to provide accurate information about Diablo II game data. However:

• Information may occasionally contain errors
• Game updates or patches may change values
• No guarantees are made regarding accuracy or completeness

Users should verify important game information independently when necessary.

External Links

Subscriptions

The Site offers an optional Supporter subscription billed through Base44 Payments: a $1.99/month plan (billed monthly until canceled) and a $17.99/year plan (billed annually until canceled). Supporter benefits include an ad-free experience, higher daily affix-extraction limits, and more cloud favorites.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price until canceled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your subscription benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

The Site operator reserves the right to change subscription pricing upon reasonable notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged the new price.

Supporter benefits, including ad-free browsing, extraction limits, and favorite limits, may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time. The Site operator may also introduce new benefits without prior notice.

All subscription payments are processed by Base44 Payments and subject to its terms and policies.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Account page. Two options are available:

• Immediate deletion — your account and associated data are removed right away. Any active subscription is canceled and the remaining paid-through period is forfeited.
• Deferred deletion — your account remains active until the end of your current paid-through period, after which it is automatically deleted. This option lets you keep your benefits until the time you have already paid for expires.

Certain data may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Site operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.

User Content and Favorites

You may create and save favorites, preferences, and other data within your account. You retain ownership of any content you submit or save through the Site.

By saving favorites or using account features, you grant the Site operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that data solely as necessary to operate the relevant features of the Site.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party. The Site is a reference tool for in-game data; do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

AI-Assisted Features

The Site offers an Affix Extractor feature that uses AI and optical character recognition (OCR) to analyze screenshots of in-game items and extract stat information. When you use this feature, the screenshot you upload is processed by third-party AI services to generate the extraction result.

Extraction results are generated automatically and may contain errors. You should always verify extracted information against the in-game item before relying on it. The Site operator is not responsible for any decisions made based on extraction results.

No Warranties

The Site, including all content, features, tools, and AI-assisted extraction results, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

The Site operator does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or extraction results will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site operator's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to the Site operator for subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50) if you have not made any purchase in that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your submission of any content through the Site.

Feature Changes and Discontinuation

The Site operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or content on the Site at any time, with or without notice. The Site operator is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any feature.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Site operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
